Kevin O'Brien

Kevin O’Brien has been a structured settlement broker since 2001. He is an attorney and has an LL.M. in Taxation. Kevin previously worked as a tax attorney with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York. The New York State Bar Association currently publishes a book titled, "The Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Action in New York State." The chapter on Structured Settlements was authored by Kevin. He is accredited by the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board to provide CLE programs on structured settlements, and he lectures frequently to judges and attorneys on this topic.
